Cassava Cake

I woke up early today than normal to make cassava cake for my daughter to take for school. Today is the culmination of their work that they have been doing on different cultural background. It is for year 5 and 6 students only and parents and carers are also invited for the said affair which will start at 10:45 pm. This is also a great opportunity for students who wish to bring a national food dish to share with others in the class and Dorothy wanted to bring Cassava cake and asked me if I can spend time making Cassava Cake.
