These were taken at the school play ground close to where we live. These birds are called Corella, a kind of cockatoo. My husband said there are two kinds of Corella but I am not exactly sure what type of Corella are these.

Mellow Yellow Monday

This colourful parrot is called an Eastern Rosella. We saw him while we were walking last Saturday in our neighborhood enjoying the yellow grevillea flowers. He was too shy that after he heard the click of my camera he flew away. That's why I didn't able to get another photos of him.

This is the Black Mountain Tower formerly known as the Telstra Tower dominates the skyline in Canberra. The tower is 195 meters high and offers 360 degrees views of Canberra and its surroundings.
