My World Tuesday

This is the Sydney Athletic Center in Blacktown International Sportspark, formerly known as Blacktown Olympic Park, built as a major playing and training venue for Athletics, Baseball,and Softball for the Sydney Olympic 2000 Games. This is located not far from where we live, and just less than 10 minutes drive.

Photos were taken during my daughter's Regional Athletic Carnival last July 2011. She was chosen to represent the district to race for the 800m, 13 yr old girl. Unluckily, Lady Luck wasn't with her and didn't make to the top five. But we were so proud of her. Being chosen twice to represent the District in the Regional Athletic Carnival and Regional Cross Country this year is already a great achievement. She really worked hard to make it to the Regional and she was our champion.
