I saw these yellow flowers near the school car park. I am not really sure what is the name of these flowers .

Are they seasonal? Very pretty.
I am not really sure Ann because I just noticed these flowers this time. I know the plant has been there in the park for long but I haven't paid too much attention until I saw the flowers.
